Other Details to Note
The basement of the house is divided into two separate sections. Guests will have full access to one side, which is entirely private and connected to the main home. The other side is rented separately to a tenant who has their own private entrance. The two sections are completely soundproofed with no shared spaces, ensuring that your privacy as an Airbnb guest is fully maintained. Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. You will receive complete check-in instructions 1.5 days before your check-in time. If guests have few or no reviews on Airbnb, we may request an additional refundable surety deposit at the time of booking. This will be retuned upon checkout with no issues discovered.
