No unapproved visitors or overnight guests, unauthorized guests result in additional fees -Cleanliness Please keep the home tidy Clean spills immediately Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher & place all garbage in designated bins. Please avoid eating in the bedrooms -Bedrooms & Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture. Use only the number of beds included in your reservation. No sleeping on the sofas unless permitted -Damage & Safety Report Please report any damage or issues immediately. Do not remove batteries from remotes. Do not use open flames (candles, incense). Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or other items . Lock doors and windows when leaving - Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen respectfully Clean counters and stovetop after cooking.
